The day will provide an in-depth analysis of where we are with future opportunities in the UK & European Student Housing Markets, with a panel of leading Investors and market experts and a number of new speakers this year. The conference will look in detail at the financial picture for the sector, where Student Housing fits in the overall property investment market, a detailed update on what is happening across the UK and Continental Europe, analysis of key deals, investments and financing, plus operation and delivery. Our panel will also address current key discussion topics such as cladding and fire safety, embodied carbon, student wellbeing and affordability and other key issues. We will hear from the operators, investors and universities actually doing it and get a range of views on what is next.
